Ankle problem?.................?
Have you tried taping your ankles with the tape that is used by professional athletes? Taping them and then putting a brace over the tape is what you my need. My I also recommend that you go and see a sports medicine doctor that specializes in this sort of thing. there are certain exercises that might be helpful to strengthen your tendons and ligaments that he/she can give you. I have worked with one of the state of Texas' leading authorities in sports medicine. He literally wrote the book on practice and procedure in the sports medicine area. His name is Dr S. Brent Brotzman. In the mean time you may want to use the tape and braces even if you feel they are not helping. They probably are and you just don't know it yet. Also take some aleve or ibuprofen before each race or athletic event.This will help with any swelling that may occur.
