Braces loose tooth HELP?

I have braces, I have one loose tooth and on top of that tooth is the adult tooth, the dentist put a brace on the adult tooth to help push out the baby tooth its working except the baby tooth is getting pushed in the gum because the brace is pushing it and I can't wiggle it cause it HURTS I tried flossing it kinda but it hurts!!!! What do I do! Can anyone give me advice to help get it out! 10 POINTS BEST ANSWER PLEEEEEASE HELP ME! it hurts!
