I have had my braces off...?

for 2 yrs now and i wore my retainers for the length of time my orthodontist told me to. I wore my retainers day and night for 6 months, then transitioned to during the day, then at night, and then once a week for about a yr. After a yr my orthodontist told me i did not have to wear them anymore, but the gap in front of my two front teeth is opening. If I wear my retainers again will it close the gap or at least make it smaller? Also my wisdom teeth are coming in now, so will they effect my teeth dramatically?
