My Boyfriend Likes Partying Too Much?

Okay so he's 19 and I'm 16 and I know that boys will be boys and at his age everyone likes going crazy and doing drugs and alcohol as part of the "college experience" and I'm fine with that and a little partying here and there, but my boyfriend is taking it wayyy too far!!! Now that all his classes are over he's going to another party every other day and never has time for me and whenever I try to talk to him seriously, he's either really drunk or high on LSD. And that's not even what I'm worried the most about, he's been taking hydrocodone which is a really dangerous and addictive pain killer all the time and it makes him act out, like two days ago he invited me with him to another house party and during the party he took 4 of the pain killers at once and double back-flipped off the the roof of someone's house into their pool. He could've easily broken his neck pulling that stupid stunt! I'm actually worried about his safety but he never listens to me because he's never in his sober mind. What should I do?
