PLEASE HELP!!! How Do i get my ex back?

Ok so me and my ex boyfriend craig were dating and his current girlfriend and i and this other girl, we were best friends!!! Ok so about 7 months ago me and craig were dating then he said one night "there is this girl in my class who likes me and i like her back a little" (or so i think he said) then about 5 months later ( during the 5 months me and his current girlfriend became distant now for some reason she hates me) i find out that he is dating my *ex best friend* and she hates me....and so does he for some reason...i told my mom (because our families go on vacations together so we were best friends after we broke up) and she talked to him then would talk to me for a day then stop... then his mom and my mom and me we talked to him and he just stared and didn't day a thing!!!!!! and to let you guys know at 1st i didn't like him like that cause he HAD braces which left a mark outline on his tongue and it freak me out A little but of course now he's dating her and his braces and the outline is gone!!!!!!!! :-(.............I WANNA KNOW HOW TO GET MY MAN BACK, HE'S SUPPER CUTE AND I NOW REALIZE IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE BRAKING UP WITH HIM :-(.... PLEASE HELP...
