Why does the sight this child evoke such rage an anger in me?

I cant figure out why but my little brother gets me so angry I feel like throwing a bicycle at him or something. it's just him though my sister is fine and everyone else. also I'm not the only one who feels this way my older brother says he gets this way around him too. is he the omen or something?
