Dental vineers to fix teeth?

I have two top front buck teeth. I hate it because they make my upper lip and area stick out. Looks a bit goofy. When I close my mouth, with teeth against each other, their is a 3 mm space from the top of my front bottom teeth and the top of my top teeth. The bottom front row is a bit crooked, but the top two are my concern. I want to have them fixed quicklie- at 22 I dont want to wait a year or more for braces. Can vienners fix this for me? Putting cost and maintenence aside.
