Retainer Issue MAJOR! HELP!?

Ok so I havent worn my bottom retainer in AGES! I still have braces for my top teeth. A while ago I looked in the mirror and lord behold my tooth had shifted back noticably. I was horrified. I tried putting it back on but it hurt so bad it was awful! Well I'm putting in today and hurts a TON as expected I deserve it, but would it be possible for me to get a new set of bottom braces without being charges since I'm still in treatment for my top braces??????? This hurts terribly even with asprin. Thanks.
