I need to get rid of this pimple in two days.?

okay, so i have a date satrday night with this boy i REALLLLYYY like. problem is, i have the hugest pimple on my cheek. bad enough i have braces braces + pimple = horrible disaster. i need a quick 2 - day remedy that will make this thing go away. i don't got money to buy anything. :c i really wanna impress him, and this pimple isn't helping. D;
